How did we use their Marketing Soul to get results:
Mrs Mopp came to me wanting two things:
The goal of creating marketing campaigns to recruit quality cleaners.
Marketing to their chosen demographic about the services that would suit them best.
As Mrs Mopp is the biggest cleaning company in Shropshire, they wanted to use their marketing presence to show how well trained their staff are and how committed they are to customer care and service.
So, that’s exactly the marketing strategy we ran with!
We got to work on two awesome campaigns. The first being a recruitment campaign to attract ideal candidates, with an automated process to make hiring as easy as possible for a busy business.
The second campaign was then based around lead generation and attracting higher quality clients due to the investment made within their team.
As well as growing their team and client base, this work led to the creation of the Mrs Mopp Training Academy for staff. This put the cleaners through NVQs and COVID specific courses (to make them more employable in the current climate).
Shouting about this on social media and through press releases, not only attracted higher value clients, it allowed Mrs Mopp to increase their prices, grow and empower their team and offer higher rates of pay.
What’s next:
Following this success, Mrs Mopp owner, Kelly Ward, has decided to pass the baton and has sold Mrs Mopp to another cleaning provider. All staff went too - Qualifications, fair pay and cleaning caddies in hand!
Kelly is now a business coach for others and shares her 14 years of wisdom of how she built Mrs Mopp with £500 and turned it into the biggest business of its kind in the area.

During the Covid lockdowns, Mrs Mopp invested in staff training to have all staff retrained to NVQ 2 level in cleaning techniques, deep cleaning and COSHH, in addition to cross-contamination and infection control training for Covid-19 and hygiene cleaning.
Georgia created a marketing strategy that was targeted to our ideal client to show the features and benefits of using a trained, fully insured cleaning service. Georgia took the time to understand our business model and what types of clients we serve and went above and beyond in her planning and delivery. Due to our client attraction campaigns, we took on both more commercial and domestic cleaning work in our local area and even developed a waiting list!
